Mantle Digital Systems (“MDS”, “we”, “us”) is a work of Mantle, built to help ministries and Christian organisations establish their digital presence. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and honest.
Information we collect
- Account information — the name, email address, and password you provide at sign-up.
- Ministry profile — details you choose to add (description, leader name and title, location, contact details, social links, photos, vision/mission, and impact figures) so we can generate your website.
- Giving setup — the bank account details you submit to receive donations. These are used to create a payout account with our payment processor and are never displayed on your public site.
- Usage data — basic information such as your published site’s visit count and the messages visitors send through your contact form.
How we use it
We use your information to create and host your ministry website, process subscription payments and donations, send you account and service emails, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate: a payment processor (Paystack) for subscriptions and donations, an email provider (Resend) for transactional email, and cloud hosting and media storage for your site. These providers process data only to deliver their part of the service.
Payments
Card and payment details are handled directly by our payment processor. We do not store your donors’ full card numbers on our servers. Your ministry’s bank account number is never rendered on your public website.
Data retention & your choices
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account by contacting us. Some records (such as transaction history) may be retained where required for financial or legal reasons.
