These terms govern your use of Mantle Digital Systems (“MDS”, “we”, “us”), a work of Mantle. By creating an account you agree to them. We’ve written them plainly.
Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your password secure. You agree to provide accurate details about your ministry or organisation, and to use the platform for lawful, genuine ministry purposes.
Plans & payment
MDS is offered on Starter, Growth, and Expansion plans. Paid plans are billed in advance for the interval you choose (monthly, bi-annual, or annual). Your published site stays live while your subscription is active, including a short grace period after expiry. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Giving & platform fees
When you enable card giving, donations are processed by our payment provider and settle to the bank account you provide. A 1.5% platform fee applies to card donations; the remainder settles to your account. You are responsible for how donations are used and for any tax or reporting obligations that apply to you.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add — your text, images, and ministry information. You grant us the permission needed to host and display it as part of delivering your website. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use.
AI-generated content
Your website copy is generated with AI from the details you provide. We work to keep it accurate and on-message, but you should review your site before publishing and remain responsible for what you publish.
Acceptable use & suspension
We may suspend or remove a site that violates these terms, the law, or the trust of the community we serve. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.
Service & liability
We work hard to keep the platform available and reliable, but it is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.
